Kaleidoscope is a 4-week program to help connect and align your team through this time of disruption and uncertainty.

It’s been adapted from the One Million Butterflies project, a global movement that has helped empower and reconnect thousands of people around the world.

So many of us are struggling. This time is bringing up a lot of stuff, and as we navigate through it all, as individuals, as an organisation, as a team, we can’t just layer over the top of it, trying to focus on productivity and hoping that things “go back to normal”.

We need to acknowledge the emotional impact this has had on our lives, connect more humanly, and set an intention for the way we want to work together moving forwards.

Each week is based around a theme - Acknowledgement, Appreciation, Connection and Alignment, and focused on a one-hour team session.

Everything is online, we guide you and your team through the program step by step. It’s impactful, it doesn’t take a lot of time or resources, it’s a good investment into your team culture and the wellbeing of your people.

Don’t leave it. There has never been a more important time to look after your people.

So how does it work?

It’s an online guided program. 4 weeks, each week is built around a theme, with a simple but powerful Set Free challenge for your team to work through for that week:

  1. A Week of Acknowledgement
  2. A Week of Appreciation
  3. A Week of Connection
  4. A Week of Alignment

You appoint a Team Champion and they lead their team through each week’s challenge, coming together as a team for a shared session at the end of each week..

We guide you all through the program, step by step, we give you the resources, you do the challenges individually, and as a team, you come together to share your learnings, to support and encourage one other, and hold yourselves accountable.

The challenges themselves take little time to do - an hour for each individual, and another hour to come together as a team - this program is designed to run alongside the work, not stand in its way.

This is an investment into the emotional wellbeing of your people.

  • Your people will feel seen, validated, and supported.
  • You will have forged a deeper and more human connection together, built from knowing each other, and trust.
  • You will be able to move forwards as a team with a renewed sense of purpose and alignment.

This experience has afforded us the opportunity to rethink how we lead, how we look after our people. Never has investing in their emotional wellbeing been more important, more needed.
